Dear Esteemed User,
We are pleased to inform you regarding the recent changes done to the application for enhanced functionality and better user experience.
These changes include new features, functionality enhancement, changes to process flow and bug fixes.
Please find below a list of changes available for you.

Major Upgrades
Entire Application
1. Updated labeling of Company Name, Company Code & Code, across the application to avoid any confusion & increase user understanding.
Company Registration:
2. Updated Documentation section to ensure authenticity of new companies registered for transaction to ensure you transact with valid parties only.
EgatePass
3. Added checks in system to ensure the EgatePass remains in Open / Nominated status until all mandatory details are filled, this avoids any unnecessary failures / rejections from terminal.
4. Added functionality of allocating same truck to multiple nominations (EgatePasses).
5. Added New Functionality of printing multiple EgatePasses of Active status in one go. User can select multiple nominations records and click on Print to get one document with all PDFs.
6. Importer Name & Bill of Entry are mandatory fields for Import Full Containers.
7. Importer Name and Bill of Entry to be mandatory in Print EgatePass screen.
Export Pre-Advice & EgatePass
8. Streamlined weight registration for Max Weight, Cargo Weight & Tare Weight to follow the standards defined by terminal hence reducing the chances of rejection from terminal.
Export Pre-Advice & Import Release
9. Added functionality of removal of containers from expired EPA or IR. Hence forth, new EPA / IR can easily be created with the containers which have not been Gated In / Gated Out.

10. Added a functionality to remind user for nomination of another stakeholder (E.g., CHA, Transporter etc), you can still submit without nominations.
11. Addition of new status Validity expired to differentiate between the records which are expired as compared to records where vessel has not sailed off yet.
12. ISO code is now searchable and can now be typed directly.
13. Streamlined EPA creation process to include Cut-off for better integration with terminal.
14. User will be alerted to check truck nomination before cancelling an EPA to prevent wrong action.
Import Release & EgatePass
15. Fixed an issue with the display of an EgatePass when validity of EPA or IR was changed.
Import Release
16. Fixed an issue to display nomination information in the excel report download.
17. User will be able to edit Expired Import Release to create a new Import Release.
Movement Order
18. Additional attributes to be displayed in MO Print PDF as per the request of Cochin Trade Community.
Minor Updates
Company Registration
19. Mandatory Security declaration will be displayed with asterisk sign.
20. Pool requirement removed for transporter.
21. Updated GSTIN information requirement.
EgatePass
22. Removed ambiguity in labels for better user understanding.
23. Updated labels of Reefer & OOG in printed EgatePass for better readability.
24. Updated labels of Seal No & Weight etc for better readability.
Export Pre-Advice
25. Fixed an issue with displaying record history.
26. Remove degree F Label from Reefer Popup.
27. Updated Submit message to increase user understanding.
Help Content
28. Updated FAQ section with relevant information.
29. Navigate to help section for raising a complain / issue, made easier.
Notification Setup
30. Updated notification selection process using toggle switch.

31. Updated Admin email request for better readability.
