We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

Minor Update

Berthing Advice

1. Fixed an issue due to which Shipping Line (VOA) were not able to access Berthing Advice service.

2. Fixed an issue due to which, manually entered Gate Open and Gate Cut-off date and time by terminal were not automatically reflecting in relevant fields.

EgatePass

3. Fixed an issue to due which Shipping lines were unable to download CSV report from egatepass service.

4. Fixed an issue due to which Custom Scan type was not displayed on print of egatepass.

File Upload

5. Fixed the issue due to which file being uploaded in file upload service was getting stuck in Processing Status in case the error count was more than 2000 characters. Users will now be notified with correct errors.

6. Update “Instructions” for filling template of MICT Inter Terminal Transfer (ITT).

Internal Message Processing

7. Fixed an issue due to which Group code, reefer details and hazardous details was not reflecting in TOS, even though it was in the ITT file template being uploaded.
