We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

Major Upgrade

Truck/Container/Vessel Enquiry

1. Users when logged as guest user can search basis Truck, Container or Vessel for latest transaction details. The service is designed to enable Truck Drivers to find which container is assigned to him and when is the container ready for Pick-Up. The service is available on a smartphone.

Berthing Advice

2. Terminal Admin Users can now input the Gate Open and Gate Cut-off Time directly in Cargoes Community. The same time will be used to validate all Export Pre-Advice Submission and reflect on the EgatePass print.

Voyage Enquiry

3. Extra columns added in Voyage Enquiry search screen to show additional information regarding vessel visits.

SCMTR

4. Government regulatory requirement for SCMTR COARRI file through SFTP has been implemented.

Minor Updates

Import Release

5. New Search Parameter for Import Release in status “Pending Approval” added. This allows Terminal Admin Users to easily find DPD Import Releases pending for their approval.

6. While creating an Import Release for Specific pick, users can now search containers basis Bill Of Lading number.

7.Validity date of an Import release can be manually increased by Terminal or Box Operator basis the EDO received from PCS or DO submitted on email/attachment.

Notification

8. Auto Email will be triggered to Terminal Admin users every time a DPD Import Release is submitted for their approval.

9. If Shipping Line Rejects an Export Pre-Advice, email will be triggered to the requestor of the Export Pre-Advice notifying the reason for rejection.

10.   On Submitting an Export Pre-Advice, notification email will be triggered to both Requestor as well as Shipping Line.

EgatePass

11.   Fixed an issue to ensure status of EgatePass is correctly displayed as “Arrived” for an Export container which has been “Loaded” on the vessel.

12.   EgatePass in Failed status will have a Red Colour traffic signal instead of black colour.

13.   The downloaded CSV Report will display correct number of records in the following cases

a.       When using search criteria – Nominee Type CFS

b.       When using search criteria Container Size 40+

14.   Name & Code of the Box Operator is now shown in the downloaded CSV Report.

15.   Search attribute, Export Pre-Advice number will now accept input till 30 characters, same as Export Pre-Advice Liner Booking Number.

16.   Reefer Attachment is now optional for MICT Mundra Export Rail Transactions.

17.   Fixed an issue due to which Other Seal Number was wrongly displayed as Line Seal Number.

Internal Message Processing

18.   Implemented a logic to auto send “Fresh” message in case “Amend” message failed to Auto Gate System at NSICT + NSIGT Nhava Sheva Terminal. This ensures Egatepass gets correctly updated to “Active” Status.

19.   Fixed an issue due to which COI messages for change in Group Code triggered from Terminal Operating System to Cargoes Community System was rejected with Java Exception / Read Time Out Error.

20.   Fixed an issue due to which Custom Hold Removal message was not sent to Auto Gate System of NSICT + NSIGT Nhava Sheva Terminal.

21.   Fixed an issue due to which LCL containers were not processed automatically.

22.   To support Vessel Swapping at NSICT + NSIGT Nhava Sheva Terminal, implemented process to automatically re-open a cancelled vessel basis message received from Terminal Operating System.

23.   Fixed an issue due to which NSICT + NSIGT Nhava Sheva Auto Gate system Truck Registration messages were rejected due to error “Name - invalid Data type”.

24.   Fixed an issue due to which Same container was getting added twice in an Export Pre-Advice.

25.   Fixed an issue due to which transactions failed with error “Error 500 : Internal Server Error”.

26.   Fixed an issue due to which EgatePass were not generated for an Export Pre-Advice due to “Internal Read Error”.

27.   Fixed an issue due to which Cancellation of EgatePass was sent to NSICT + NSIGT Nhava Sheva Auto Gate system with a delay. Acceptance of that Cancellation message was not processed in CCS and transaction remained in Queued Status.

28.   Fixed an issue due to which EgatePass were not generated for an Import Release if same has been rejected by Terminal Operating System in first attempt but later accepted.  

29.   Fixed an issue due to which File Upload could not create Export Pre-Advice stating, “Java Exception Error”.

30.   Fixed an issue due to which COI messages for change in Group Code triggered from Terminal Operating System to Cargoes Community System was rejected due to DPD Flag Issue.

31.   Performance Improvements done for processing of COI messages to minimise failures.

32.   Empty Hazardous Containers will be correctly updated in Terminal Operating System.

Report

33.   Updated Line Report and added information for OOG Front and OOG Back dimensions.

34.   Performance Improvement done for generation of Line Report. Now this report will be generated faster.

35.   Fixed an issue due to which incorrect Port of Discharge was being displayed in the Line Report.

36.   Added new search criteria of ETA & ATD date search in Import / Export Tally Report.

Export Pre-Advice

37.   Box Operator Field and VOA/CP field will now display the name of the Box Operator along with its Terminal Code.

38.   New optional field “Requester’s Name & Phone Number” added. CHAs may now provide their name and phone number while requesting for Form 13 for line surveyors to contact them in case of any issue.

39.   The time at which an Export Pre-Advice has been requested and approved is now visible on the search result screen.

40.   The time at which an Export Pre-Advice has been requested and approved is now available in the downloaded CSV report.

41.   A requester of an Export Pre-Advice can now cancel the Export Pre-Advice in Active Status

42.   New search parameter called “Commodity” added. Users can search Export Pre-Advice basis General / Reefer / Hazardous / OOG containers.

43.   Added column in Search result screen for displaying Reefer / Hazardous / OOG Container types.

44.   Fixed an issue due to which Approval History of an Export Pre-advice overwrote the Submitted status.

45.   Bulk Uploading containers on Export Pre-Advice will not replace other attachments.

46.   Cancelled Vessel Visit will not reflect in Export Pre-Advice Terminal Vessel Visit smart search field.

47.   Fixed an issue due to check Approval of an Export Pre-Advice created a duplicate record of the containers in that EPA.

48.   Fixed an issue due to which the alignment of Export Pre-Advice screen was not proper post cancellation of an Active Export Pre-Advice.

Submit B2B File

49.   Added Instruction File & CSV Template for ITT file upload at MICT Mundra Terminals.

50.   Custom Seal Number has been made Mandatory for ITT Movement.

Truck Nomination

51.   While nominating a truck to import transactions, users will be alerted in case that truck has been nominated to trips with other CFS.

File Upload

52.   Amended the error message displayed when user is trying to upload an file having multiple containers with same liner booking number but with different Port of Discharge assigned to each container.

53.   Amended the error message displayed when user is trying to upload a amend file having liner booking number for which an Export Pre-Advice already exists in Completed status, but the new File has different booking level information eg POD, Vessel etc.

54.   Fixed an issue due which error message "Invalid Location or does not belong to this User" was wrongly displayed to a Company which is registered at multiple locations.

55.   System will no longer allow Port of Origin and Port of Discharge to be the same Port Location.

56.   Amended the error message displayed when user is trying to incorrectly change the Nominated Party to a transaction.

Import / Export Unhold

57.   The Created Date and time of a Container whose custom hold is being removed, shall now show the same as Export Pre-Advice created date & time.

58.   Fixed an issue due to which duplicate records were displayed on screen.

Privacy Policy

59.   Privacy Policy for the application has been updated.
