CCS Release Notes – 20 Mar 2024 – R 24.02.0
Dear Esteemed User,
We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System India (CCS). We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.
These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.
Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.
Major Upgrade
All Services
The holding company of Cargoes Community India - “Mawani India PCS LLP” is now renamed as “Mawani India PCS Private Limited”. Company’s name has been updated across the application.
Export Pre-Advise
Actual Gate Open and Gate Cutoff time for each vessel is now available in the Export Pre-advice screen. After selecting the Box Operator Code & Terminal Vessel Visit, click on the “i” icon under Gate Open and Gate Cutoff Details to view the details.
Message Monitoring
Network issue leading to transactions getting stuck in Queued Status at one terminal will not impact the transactions at other terminals.
Import Release / Back to Town
Terminal Admin Users at MICT will no longer have the option to Create Import Release with Release type as “Bulk”.
Minor Updates
Message Monitoring
A Transshipment container already planned for loading on vessel can now be delivered to the customer as an Import container if the customer chooses to do so.
At NSICT & NSIGT Terminal, AGDORD and SMTP by Road message received from NLPM will not be processed in CCS. This enhancement will reduce Egate pass getting stuck in working status.
Fixed an issue due to which, under certain circumstances, Vessel details were not sent to Terminal Operating System for Export Orders.
Fixed an issue due to which Gate Out message received from TOS for a Back to Town transaction, was incorrectly updating the Export cycle.
CHPOI09 and CHPOI10 will not be rejected by CCS even when exponential values are sent by NLPM.
Notifications
10. Weblink of YouTube channel for CCS video guides has been updated on email notifications sent to users.
ITT – MICT
11. Any “Change of Information” for an ITT Rail container will be processed in CCS upto 2 hours from its actual Rail Out from the MICT Terminal.
Reports
12. User can now generate Rail-In Rail-Out Report as per the date range they select in the application.
13. The date range for user selection on Rail-In Rail-Out Report will be in format of DD/MM/YYYY.
14. Fixed an issue due to which records for ITT containers were getting duplicated in the Rail-In Rail-Out Report.
15. Companies registered as Shipping Agent can now download Inventory Report from the Scheduled Report Module, for the vessels where they are the Vessel Operating Agent (VOA).
Import Release / Back to Town
16. Audit History for Back to Town transactions are now maintained in depth.
17. Fixed an issue due to which DPD Import Releases were incorrectly shown as pending for terminal’s approval.
Truck Nomination – MICT
18. Validation failures will be displayed in one go while performing truck nominations at MICT.
B2B Monitor
19. SCMTR CODECO message rejected by NLPM will now be visible in B2B Monitor screen.
20. The “Request file” of Gate Out Message sent to NSICT & NSIGT Gate Automation System (Itek) can now be downloaded in B2B Monitor Screen.
21. Details regarding VERMAS message sent to Maersk IGT can now be tracked in B2B monitor.
22. Fixed an issue due to which the field “Sender” incorrectly changed to “NTID” on selection of VERMAS.
23. Fixed an issue due to which manually typing “SCMTR_COARRI” in the search filter resulted in an error.
24. New search filter added for searching the Message Type “SCMTR COARRI” files.
25. The “Request file” of SCMTR CODECO Message sent to NLPM can now be downloaded in B2B Monitor Screen.
26. The “Request file” of SCMTR COARRI Message sent to NLPM can now be downloaded in B2B Monitor Screen.
File Upload
27. Application will alert the User with appropriate message if in case he/she uses an incorrect file for Pre-Advising Roll Over containers.
28. Users can now search for ITT files uploaded in the File Upload Module as per Container Number.
29. Users can now search for Export Pre-Advice files uploaded in the File Upload Module as per Liner Booking Number.
30. Special Stowage can be marked as shortform (eg. AD for Above Deck), in the ITT file upload.
31. User ID of the user who uploaded the File for generating Export Pre-Advice or ITT movement is now displayed in the application.
Digital EIR
32. Additional text added in the Disclaimer Section of the Digital EIR.
33. Terminal Admins Users will not be able to view Digital EIR.
EgatePass
34. Fixed an issue due to which, under certain circumstances, Vessel details were not printed in Export EgatePass.
35. Fixed an issue due to which an EgatePass was not visible to a user, if the company is registered with multiple roles in CCS, and the Shipping Line nominates an Export Pre-Advice to them (using File Upload service), for all their roles.
Voyage Enquiry
36. Fixed an issue due to which certain users were not able to see Vessel details on the Voyage Enquiry screen.
