CCS Release Notes – 4 Apr 2022 – R 1.8.3
Dear Esteemed User,
We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS). We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.
These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.
Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.
Major Upgrades
Application Level
Bharat Trade re-branded to Cargoes Community.
a. Website address changed to “https://community.cargoes.com/in”.
b. Customer care email ID changed to in-support@community.cargoes.com
2. During Company Registration, application will not request same documents multiple times. Only following documents will be mandatory
a. Company PAN Card.
b. GST, if applicable.
c. CHA License Number, if the company role is CHA.
d. IEC Document, if company role is Importer / Exporter.
Minor Updates
EgatePass
3. The status of an EgatePass will be displayed as Arrived if the container is in Yard or Loaded on the vessel.
Company Profile
4. Criteria used for searching will be displayed upfront.
5. Any spaces input in Issuer Code field will be automatically removed by the application.
User Profile
6. Criteria used for searching will be displayed upfront.
7. Removed “Add Comment” option for the MSADMIN user on their own profile.
8. Complete error message will be displayed if user input wrong search criteria in “Phone Number” field
Internal Message Processing
9. Terminal Codes of Box Operator, CFS Operator & Importer / Exporter registered by Terminal will reflect in Cargoes Community System (CCS).
