We are pleased to inform you regarding the recent changes done to the application for enhanced functionality and better user experience.

These changes include new features, functionality enhancement, changes to process flow and bug fixes.

Please find below a list of changes available for you.

Major Changes

Empty Yard Integration

1. All teething issues in API integration with empty yard resolved.

2. An email alert is now sent for any failure in processing API msgs from empty yard to a designated email ID of Empty yard.

Minor Upgrades

Export Pre-Advice (EPA)

3. Commodity Description “Safety Matches” & “Others” is now available in Export Bulk Upload Instruction file for IGT.

4. If no party is nominated by the user, then the system will provide an onscreen alert reminding user to use the nomination feature.

5. Port of Origin is now mandatory for Chennai and Mundra, while it is optional for Cochin & Nhava Sheva.

6. Codes for commodity type now made available in Export Bulk upload.

7. Export Bulk Upload instruction file made user friendly.

8. Transporter Company nominated is now visible even when the Export Pre-Advice has been amended.

Import Release

9. Provided search option as per Nominee (under Add Criteria).

10.   Basis company registration details, IEC code of the user will be displayed in the “Nominated in IAL” field.

11.   Fixed an issue to expire the transactions on the Validity Date.

12.   Edit function for CHA and Freight Forwarders has been withdrawn.

13.   Container Search option of Reefer, OOG, IMDG & BL No has been withdrawn.

EgatePass

14.   Truck Number field is now restricted to support maximum 10 alphanumeric characters without any blank space or special characters.

15.   For Export Rail Containers Shipping Bill number is not required to be provided by user.

16.   Users will no longer be able to Edit an Import Release for specific pick EgatePass in Working status at NSICT & CCT.

17.   Fixed an issue to support Alphanumeric Form 13 number in Bharat Trade in accordance with the ones registered in Terminal.

18.   Fixed an issue to allow special characters for truck owner name at NSICT.

19.   Providing BOE No for Import Transactions made optional.

20.   Inbound Voyage Number will be displayed on pdf print of Import EgatePass.

21.   Bharat Trade will not send API integration msgs for Rail Containers.

Overall

22.   Re labelled Transporter to Transporter Company across application as part of standardization.

23.   Customer Care Team is now available on 24 x 7 basis.

Special Terms

24.   Updated the Special Terms approval process for Terminal Admin & Super Admin users.

Report

25.   Pendency Report: Fixed an issue related to display of records in Pendency Report for Containers whose cycle is not completely closed.

26.   Pendency Report: Updated User Interface to display EgatePass information on screen.

Custom Declaration

27.   Added Page Numbering to Custom Declaration screen when number of containers in a transaction are more than 10.

Message Monitoring

28.   For trucks registered at NSICT & NSIGT, Admin users can now search records with truck number in the message monitoring module.

Company Registration

29.   Issuer code field will not accept any blank space.

30.   Request to provide Bank details during Company Registration removed.

31.   Fixed an issue to prevent sending company registration email twice to the primary email ID of a newly registered company.

Notification Setup

32.   Fixed an issue where error message for newly registered Users is not shown.
