Dear Esteemed User,

We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

Major Upgrade

Report

1. Pendency Report is now visible to Transporters under Reports Tab à Pendency.

2. Import/Export Tally & InYard Report is now enabled for Custom Broker, Freight Forwarder, Importer/Exporter.

3. Rail Report is now enabled for Custom Broker, Freight Forwarder, Importer/Exporter.

SCMTR

4. CCS will now transmit COARRI messages to NLP-Marine.

Internal Message Processing

5. Resolved few errors while processing   NLP-Marine SMTP messages.

6. Any change in Import Container Number in TOS will be processed by CCS.

Tracker App

7. Tracker App will now display Export Egatepass with status “Yet to Arrive” and “Active”. 

8. Tracker App will now display custom scan for scan types XMI, XMO, CO2 & R.

Import Export Unhold

9. Application will show an alert message if user tries to delete a Custom approved Export Factory Stuffed Container at NSICT/NSIGT, Nhava Sheva.

10.   Application will also record user’s acceptance on above alert message.

11.   If user re-submits a previously Custom approved Container as part of another Export Pre-advise then CCS will display the container twice on CCS customs screen at NSICT/NSIGT, Nhava Sheva.

12.   In case Customs has not approved an Export Factory Stuffed container, then CCS will allow users to make amendments to the EPA and duplicate record will not be shown on CCS customs screen.

Back To Town

13.   New “Back to Town” service implemented for customers.

a.      Under “Manage” open “Import Release” service.

b.      User can select “Back to Town Full or Back to Town Empty”, enter the required details and submit request for Terminal approval

c.      Once terminal approve, the corresponding egatepass is generated.

d.      Back to Town supports both Rail & Road movements.

Notification

14.   Non-Admin users will start receiving email and web notifications from CCS.

Minor Update

Voyage Enquiry

15.  Users can now see the Port Authority Visit Number (VCN Number).

16.  Changes made to vessel name in the TOS will reflect correctly in CCS.

Import Release

17.   While making Specific Pick Import Release, user can now search & select for his containers using Bill of Lading number.

18.   It is now mandatory to select Trade Type “Foreign” or “Coastal” when creating an Import Release.

19.   Importers can now nominate CHA / FF etc. to an Import Release auto-created by EDO received from NLP-Marine.

20.   Fixed an issue due to which DPD Import release in “Completed” status was incorrectly being displayed for Terminal approval.  

21.   Fixed an issue due to which users were unable to create Import Release due to “connection timeout error”.

22.   Fixed an issue due to which some Importers were unable to submit IR due "Please Provide Valid Liner code" error.

Digital EIR

23.   User can now download upto 50 Digital EIR together.

Export Pre-Advice

24.   User can now update “Additional Details” of EPA in status “Validity Expired”.

25.   Users can now cancel EPA in status “Validity Expired” if none of the containers have gated in. Previously doing so displayed “Error 500”.

26.   All Stakeholders (except Transporters) can now delete containers from EPA they have created.

27.   The application will restrict users from selecting same Port of Origin and Port of Discharge/ Final Port of Destination.

28.   Fixed an issue which did not allow users to re-open an EPA if special characters were input.

29.   Fixed an issue due to which some EPAs incorrectly displayed Submitted instead of Approved/Active status even after Shipping Lines had approved them.

30.   EPA nominated to a CHA / FF etc will still be visible to the respective CHA/FF even if they change their nomination code in Company Registration.

File Upload

31.   Fixed an issue which was preventing Nomination of CHA, FF & CFS together, using File Upload.

32.   Application will alert users if they try uploading a file with more than 100 containers for the same Liner Booking Number.

33.   Application will alert users if they try uploading a file with same container twice.

34.   Application will alert user (connected to multiple shipping lines) if he is trying to upload a File for a different shipping line than for which he is logged in.

35.   File Upload stuck in processing caused due to error message having more than 2000 characters is fixed.

Internal Message Processing

36.   Fixed an issue due to which GIGO msg sent by TOS was getting rejected due to special characters in Truck and BAT field.

37.   Fixed an issue due to which GIGO msg sent by TOS was not processed by CCS due to “Internal Exception Error”.

38.   Fixed an issue due to which COI msg recd from TOS for Group Code change of multiple containers was not being processed.

39.   Fixed a concurrency issue due to which Export Empty Containers nominated using API by Empty Yard was not visible in CCS.

40.   Fixed an issue due to which same container nominated twice by empty yard using API was being displayed twice in CCS.

41.   Fixed an issue due to which CCS at MICT Mundra was sending container details twice to Adani’s Gate application.

42.   Fixed an issue due to which CCS at MICT Mundra was not sending container details to Adani’s Gate application due to “Connection Reset Error.

43.   Application Loggers have been enabled to monitor the overall performance of Import Release Service.

44.   Fixed an issue due to which AGDORD & SMTP messages were getting rejected due to error “Trade Type Mandatory”.

Nominate EgatePass

45.   Fixed an issue due to which user were unable to open a Nominate Egatepass having more than 40 Shipping Lines.

EgatePass

46.   User can now remove truck from an EgatePass in EXPIRED status without first changing the status to ACTIVE.

47.   Fixed an issue due to which Egatepass was stuck in Queued status.

48.   Users can now input special characters in “Shipping Bill” field. The EgatePass will not get stuck in Queued Status.

49.   Fixed an issue due to which an additional EgatePass was getting generated when changes were made in corresponding EPA.

50.   Fixed an issue due to which CSV file downloaded from egatepass screen did not display the Discharge Date and Time for few Bulk Import Release containers.

51.   Freight Kind Indicator will display container status as Full / Empty for Back-To-Town transactions at IGT, Cochin.

52.   Improved the performance of EgatePass search screen.

53.   Application will now display custom scan information for scan types XMI, XMO, CO2 & R.

54.   Line Code of Shipping line, Group Code of CFS and other codes registered in CCS for all parties nominated to a transaction will now be visible in Egatepass PDF Print.

55.   CFS / DPD code will be displayed on the Search result screen.

56.   Commodity Type and Commodity Code information have been added to Egatepass PDF Print.

Overall Application

57.   Switching between terminals will not require users to refresh and reload the screen. System will make the necessary changes automatically.

Report

58.   Reefer Temperature for ITT containers will be displayed correctly in Tally Report.

Berthing Advice

59.   “Customer” Rotation Number has been re-named to “Custom” Rotation Number.

Import Export Unhold

60.   Search Criteria “Status” is now displayed on the front screen instead of selecting from “Additional Criteria”.

Digital EIR

61.   Digital EIR button has been enabled for all users in the EgatePass service. User clicks will be monitored.
