Major Upgrade

Reports

  1. New “Inyard Report” has been enabled. This report allows Shipping Line users to download an excel report of their containers lying in the Terminal Yard (BTMM-10381, BTMM-9793).

  1. New “Export VOA Report” has been enabled. This report allows Shipping Line users to download an excel report of their export & transhipment containers (yet to arrive, in terminal yard, loaded on vessel) for a particular vessel. A Shipping Line registered as a VOA for the vessel can view details of all export & transhipment containers (including all other box operators) for that vessel (BTI-44276).

Export Pre-Advice

  1. Enhanced Gate Open & Gate Cut off information provided with “Priority”. To view the details input the Vessel Visit in EPA screen and click on “i” icon to view the real time Gate Open and Gate Cutoff registered for the vessel visit. “0” is low priority & “1” is higher priority (BTMM-10104).
