We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Bharat Trade.  We hope these upgrades will enhance the applications functioning and also improve users experience.

These upgrades include new features, functionality enhancement, changes to process flow and bug fixes.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

Major Upgrades

Reports

1. Non-Admin users can now receive Scheduled reports (VOA Report) on their registered email id once the Company admin enables the corresponding access rights of the non admin User Registration.

Import Release

2. Import Release created for DPD movement at CCTPL (Chennai) & IGTPL (Cochin) terminals would now require approval of terminal before printing of corresponding egatepass is allowed. Your Import Release will remain in “Submitted” status and change to “Approved” status only once approved by the terminal.

Minor Updates

BT Services

3. While browsing the application, few invalid services were being displayed. These invalid services have now been removed and no longer visible.

Message Monitoring

4. Fixed a bug which was preventing Terminal Users from viewing certain data.

Export Pre-advice

5. Fixed an issue for CCTPL, Chennai, where the Terminal Admin users were not able to view all vessel visits during Export Pre-advice creation.

User

6. Multiple Edit roles displayed while giving access rights to non-admin users has been resolved.

Import Release

7. Enhanced the performance of Import Release à Container Search screen.

EgatePass

8. Added disclaimer information regarding vessel gate open & gate cut-off timings displayed on the printed egatepass form.
