CCS Release Notes – 5 July 2022 – R 1.9.2

Dear Esteemed User,

We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

 

Minor Updates

EgatePass

  1. User will now be able to Edit and Submit EgatePass having 5 attachments. Next release we will try to increase the attachments to 10.

Imp/ Exp Unhold

2. Removal of Custom Hold at the NSICT / NSIGT Parking Plaza will reflect correctly in NSICT/NSIGT Auto Gate System.

Export Pre-Advice

3. CHA and Other Parties can now cancel Form 13 request previously submitted to a Box Operator if the Export Pre-Advice is in Submitted or Rejected Status. Once Export Pre-Advise status becomes Active, then CHA/Other Parties cannot cancel this booking request. Only Box Operator can cancel the Export Pre-Advice in ACTIVE status.

Truck

4. As per existing process, Transporters are required to register their truck at the NSICT/NSIGT Terminal Gate. Registered trucks are automatically available in Cargoes Community. Users should not register their vehicles separately in Cargoes Community. We have removed the access rights for truck registration in Cargoes Community.

Tally Report

5. Minor Correction to the data available in this report.
