CCS Release Notes – 23 May 2024 – R 24.03.0

Dear Esteemed User,

We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System India (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache by clicking on the 3 dots on top right-hand corner and then log into the application again.

 

Major Upgrade

All Services

  1. The company name has been changed from “Mawani India PCS LLP” to “Mawani India PCS Private Limited” across the application.

  2. GST and Bank Account details of Mawani India PCS Private Limited has been updated.

View Invoice

  1. Customers can now view their digital terminal invoices and digital credit notes on Cargoes Community System under “Pay” service.

Internal & External Message Processing

  1. Logic for Interim Queue has been implemented to reduce the QUEUED status issue.

Import Release / Back to Town

  1. Changes in Import Release process for only Shipping lines users at Chennai.

a.       On Creating New Import Release, application will directly open “Container Add” Pop-up

b.       Users can select the DPD Importer code and search for containers using Bill Of Lading Number or other search parameters provided on screen.

c.       On selection of containers, application will automatically fill most of the parameters.

d.       For creating Import Release for “CFS” or for “By Rail” containers, then please close the “Container Add” Pop-up and select the details accordingly.

  1. MS Admin and TO Admin users can now cancel an Import Release auto created by NLPM SMTP and AGDORD message.

 

Minor Updates

Internal & External Message Processing

  1. Rectified issue due to which additional POD (Port of Discharge) added in Cargoes Community Masters were getting deleted during each release deployment thereby causing POD to go missing.

  2. Fixed an issue in “Retry Logic” due to which, 2 records for the same container were getting created in same “Export Booking” when message was received from Blue Ocean Container Terminal via API integration.

  3. Change of Information (COI) sent by TOS when CCS is down is not processed, however, CCS was not displaying any error against the same. Now error will be displayed if such COI messages are not processed.

Export Pre-Advise

10.   Fixed an issue due to which Shipping Lines were able to Approve / Reject an Export Pre-Advise which was initially requested by CHA/FF but later cancelled by CHA/FF. This problem used to occur due to concurrent cancellation and approval/rejection by CHA & SL respectively.

Notifications

11.   Fixed an issue due to with the notification email sent to customers for EPA amendments did not show the customer username.

ITT – MICT

12.   Transactions having multiple IMDG Class / UN No in ITT File Upload was Rejected by Terminal Operating System (TOS), however in CCS it was displayed as Transmitted (success). Now CCS will show them as Rejected.

13.   Transactions having multiple IMDG Class / UN No in ITT File Upload was Rejected by Terminal Operating System (TOS), however CCS was not able to display the rejection error message received from TOS. Now users can view the rejection error received from TOS.

14.   ITT file upload now supports decimal for VGM weight, eg: 22000.3

15.   ITT file uploaded when TOS is down was incorrectly displayed with status Transmitted in CCS. Now application will show them as Rejected with corresponding error message.

Reports

16.   InYard Report: Updated the in-yard logic considered to display containers in the report.

a.       Export: From the time of Gate-in to the time of actual Load on vessel, the container is considered as inyard.

b.       Import: From the time of Vessel Discharge to the time of actual Gate-out, the container is considered as inyard.

17.   Tabular representation of InYard report has been removed as data is shared in Excel format.

Import Export Unhold

18.   Fixed an issue due to which duplicate records were shown for the same transaction.

Digital EIR

19.   TO Admin Users will now not be able to access Digital EIR service.
