Dear Esteemed User,

We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Bharat Trade. We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

Major Upgrades 

EgatePass

  1. Fixed an issue due to which the status of EgatePass was not correctly updated to Arrived / Departed even when the container had moved in / out of the terminal.

Application Level

  1. Banner posted on Landing & Launch page announcing re-branding of Bharat Trade to Cargoes Community System effective 4th April 2022. New website address posted “https://community.cargoes.com/in”.

Export Pre-Advice

2. An Export Pre-Advice in Completed status can be re-opened, by Box Operator, using edit button, to add more containers. However,

a.       If the corresponding vessel has already sailed, then the Box Operator cannot re-open the Export Pre-advise.

b.       This functionality is enabled only for all DP World Terminals

 

Minor Updates

EgatePass

3. Fixed an issue due to which an additional Zero “0” was displayed in IMDG code and UN Number in the EgatePass pdf print.

Internal Message Processing

4. Fixed an issue due to which Gate Automation System at NSICT & NSIGT Mumbai Terminals was not able to process few transactions.

Pendency Report

5. Fixed an issue due to which the Pendency Report Summary Screen was not displayed to CFS users.
