We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

Minor Updates

Scheduled Reports

1. Fixed an issue due to Scheduled reports (Line Report, VOA Report & RIRO Report) were getting stuck in status “In Progress”.

Export Pre-Advice

2. For an Export Pre-Advice submitted multiple times by the CHA / FF, only the most recent submission shall be considered for Shipping Line Approval.

E-gatePass

3. Fixed an issue because of which the CSV report file downloaded from E-gatepass Screen contained lesser records when compared to the search results displayed on screen. (Please do note the maximum number of records which can be downloaded is still 3000.)
