BT Release Notes – 19 Aug 2020

Dear Esteemed User,

We thank you for your continued patronage and feedback during the last few weeks post the launch of our new application.

Based on your valuable feedback we are pleased to announce the deployment of some new features In Bharat Trade which I am sure will enhance your experience while using the application.

Below are a brief list of changes now available on Bharat Trade.

Draft EgatePass

1. An Import Release in Queued / Failed status will still be available for truck nomination in egatepass service.

2. System will allow you to complete and print the Draft EgatePass even if egatepass status is in Queued / Failed

3. The status  (draft, active, arrived, departed etc) of the egatepass will be mentioned on the printed SEZ4.

CargoFlow Integration:

1. For users registered on our new application “Cargoes Flow”, will now be able to track their container movements globally and get automated email alerts ion the deviations if any.  To register your company and container please visit https://app.flow.cargoes.com/. To track your containers please find the tracking tab on Bharat Trade Launch Page à E-Services à Cargoes Flow

Transport Nomination

1. Facility to nominate transporter directly while submitting the Export Pre-Advice or Import Release is now available. You also can continue to use the Transporter Nomination feature on the egatepass screen.

Movement Order

1. Fixed an issue of Goods Description overlapping the Container Permit Number on the printed Movement Order pdf.

Notification setup

1. Enhanced features on Notification setup selection

1. It is now possible to search for locked users.
