Dear Esteemed User,

We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

Major Upgrades

File Upload

1.       New Instruction sheet has been published for File Upload

2.       File upload following new features

a.       User can add new containers to existing booking/ existing Export Pre-Advise

b.       User can amend container level information using File Upload

Export Pre-Advice

3.       Reason for rejecting Export Pre-Advice request is now visible on the top of the screen once user opens the Export Pre-Advise by clicking on Export Pre Advise No.

Import Release

4.       Container Freight Station can now extend the validity of an Import Release. This feature is currently not available for Nhava Sheva Container Freight Stations.

Minor Updates

EgatePass

5.       Fixed an issue due to which History feature was not showing any result in EgatePass for some transactions.

6.       Box Operator Code is now visible in EgatePass View Mode by clicking the EGP ID hyperlink.

7.       Information added on PDF download informing customers that the PDF is not a Form 13.

File Upload

8.       Companies registered in Cargoes Community System with Multiple Roles can now create Export Pre-Advice using the File Upload Feature.

9.       File upload will inform you in case you have entered Validity Date on an Export Empty transaction greater than the vessel cut-off time.

10.   VOA Field has been re-named to VOA / CP (Vessel Operating Agent/ Consortium Partner). User has to mention the Shipping Line code in this field, who has provided him the Form 13.

11.   System will alert you if you do not have any forms nominated during creation of an Export Pre-Advice using File Upload.

12.   System will inform you in case you do not have sufficient forms left for creating Export Pre-Advice using File Upload Feature.

Export Pre-Advice

13.   CHA and Other Parties can now request Form 13 to a Box Operator registered as a Shipping Agent.

14.   VOA Field has been re-named to VOA / CP.

15.   Informative text is displayed on the top PDF Download alerting user that this is not a Form 13.

16.   System will alert you if you have selected Port of Discharge same as Port of Origin in an Export Pre-Advice.

17.   User can now add up to 5 attachments on Export Pre-Advice.
