CCS Release Notes – 22 August 2024 – R 24.04.0

Dear Esteemed User,

We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System India (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache by clicking on the 3 dots on top right-hand corner and then log into the application again.

 

Major Upgrade

Internal & External Message Processing

  1. Cargoes Community System, India (DP World) has API integrations (@CCT, NSICT, NSIGT & MICT terminals) with NLPM for following message formats:

a.      EICREP

b.      CONTPE

c.      COEDOR

d.      TPFREP

e.      GOCOFR

Import Release / Back to Town

  1. Users can now nominate their Import Release (IR) to any Container Train Operator (CTO) registered in CCS India. This will help CTO to check their pendency in the Pendency Report.

  1. CSV report from Import Release (IR) screen can now be downloaded by CTO.

  1. Back to Town service has been enabled for MICT customers. Please check with MICT Team before using this service.

Export Pre-Advise

  1. Users can now nominate their Export Pre-advise (EPA) to any Container Train Operator (CTO) registered in CCS India.

  1. CSV report from Export Pre-Advise screen can now be downloaded by CTO.

E-Gatepass

  1. CTO users can now Nominate train number to each Egatepass (EGP).

  1. CSV Report from Egatepass (EGP) screen can now be downloaded by CTO.

Reports

  1. New “Inyard Report” has been enabled which allows Shipping Line users to download an excel list of all of their containers lying in the Terminal Yard.

10.   New “Gate Pass Report” has been enabled which allow Shipping Line users to download up to 500 EGPs in one click.

Minor Updates

Internal & External Message Processing

11.   Change in the declared seal of a container updated in Terminal Operating System post gate out will be transmitted to CCS and processed by CCS.

12.   Time duration for processing change in declared seal and actual seal has been increased from 2 hours to 4 hours after the gate out of container from terminal.

13.   Gate In/ Gate Out message of Transhipment containers was wrongly updating E-Gatepass of Export containers. This issue has been fixed.

E-Gatepass

14.   New search criteria “Commodity Type” added in EGP screen to allow search for EGPs basis commodity type General / Reefer / IMDG / OOG.

15.   Fixed an issue where Line Seal no. and Custom Seal no. was not being printed on some E-Gatepass.

16.   Fixed an issue where the CSV report downloaded from EGP screen was incorrectly showing discharge time for containers still on vessel.

Import Release / Back to Town

17.   The box operator field on IR only showed top 5 results of shipping line names. Now this field will display top 10.

File Upload

18.   Fixed an issue due to which File Upload was showing “Transmitted” status even when the corresponding EPA was not created. Now system will alert the user regarding the Failure and show error message “Unable to process request due to high load. Please try again after 10 minutes.”

19.   Fixed an issue where the error of VGM weight defined by user outside the permissible limit was not being shown correctly.

Nominate E-Gatepass

20.   Fixed an issue where despite VOA’s nomination of forms to Partner Lines, in some scenarios partner lines were not able to create EPA or view their forms.
