Dear Esteemed User,
We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS). We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.
These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.
Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.
Major Upgrades
Import Release
Shipping Lines and Terminal Admins can now extend the Validity Date of an Import Release created by AGDORD message received from NLP Marine.
Export Pre-Advice
2. Users can save partially filled Export Pre-Advice in Draft Status for submission at a later date for approval.
3. At MICT Mundra, Export Pre-Advice for Empty Containers in ACTIVE status will change to EXPIRED status as soon as Vessel departs. Corresponding egatepass will also change to EXPIRED status.
Berthing Advice
4. Swap Vessel Visit at NSICT / NSIGT Nhava Sheva has been upgraded to reduce the error faced during swapping of vessel from one terminal to another.
EgatePass
5. At MICT Mundra, only 2x20FT of 1x40FT containers can be nominated to a 40 FT trailer for an Export trip at a time.
6. At NSICT / NSIGT Nhava Sheva, two import containers belonging to 2 different CFS (Group Code) cannot be nominated to same trailer. This feature is not applicable for any other DP World Terminals in India.
7. CHA / FF will not be allowed to change commodity type on EgatePass screen if the corresponding Export Pre-Advice has already been approved by Shipping Line. The commodity type can only be changed by the approver.
8. At MICT Mundra, validation check on hold status for printing Export EgatePass has been removed. This will improve the performance while Printing the Export EgatePass.
Internal Message Processing
9. At NSICT / NSIGT Nhava Sheva, retry logic has been implemented for our B2B integration with Terminal Gate Automation Software (Itek). This will reduce the frequent FAILED status of EgatePass due to connection timeout issue.
10. As per request from MSC Shipping Line, CCS will not send Liner Booking number in pre-advise to Terminal Operating System at IGT Cochin & NSICT/ NSIGT Nhava Sheva.
Rail In / Rail Out Report
11. At MICT Mundra, Rail Report was earlier enabled for only Container Train Operators. It has now been enabled for Shipping Line and CFS. Now even Shipping Line & CFS can download the report to track their Export and Import Containers being transported via Rail.
Minor Update
Notification
12. At NSICT / NSIGT Nhava Sheva, email notification sent out to nominated parties for removal of hold on an export factory stuffed container basis LEO removal at Parking Plaza will now mention the Container Number.
13. Instead of “Container Acceptance”, email notification sent to customers will now read “Export Pre-Advice.
EgatePass
14. CSV report will now allow to download up to 6000 records instead of 3000 records earlier.
15. Users will now be able to print up to 50 egatepass at one time instead of the 20 earlier.
16. Terminal vessel visit will be visible on egatepass screen and in egatepass CSV report for Specific Pick import containers. For Generic Pick (Bulk Release) import containers, Terminal Vessel Visit will be visible after container gates out from the terminal.
17. Added mew search criteria “Discharge Date & Time” to assist users to search for egatepass as per Discharge date and time.
18. Added new search criteria “Container Status” to assist users to search for egatepass as per container status like - Discharge Reconcile, Discharged, Loaded etc.
19. Added new search criteria “ISO Code” to assist users to search for egatepass basis ISO Codes like 22G1, 40R1 etc.
20. Improved performance of application to prevent same container being shown on multiple egatepass.
21. Fixed an issue to display the correct Box Operator name in the egatepass. Few Shipping Lines and CFS had similar codes registered across locations which was causing this issue.
22. Corrected the label “Acceptance Type” to “Export Pre-Advice Type” in EgatePass for better user understanding.
23. Transporter name is now displayed on the egatepass search result screen.
24. Removed label “Cargo Weight” from egatepass. Only VGM Weight will be visible in egatepass.
25.Fixed an issue due to which error message of "Container number already exists" was incorrectly displayed on EgatePass Screen.
26.Fixed an issue related to change in Terminal Vessel Visit on an Export Pre-Advice created duplicate EgatePass for an Export Container.
Internal Message Processing
25. Container Seal Number received from the Terminal Operating System, after Container has Gated Out from Terminal will now reflect in CCS.
26. Enhancement to improve B2B Integration with Blue Ocean Container Terminal at IGT Cochin. Issue of missing Driver and Truck information resolved.
27. Fixed an issue with resulted in “Load Balancer error” and “Connection time out error”.
28. Performance improvement to ensure availability of container for creating Import Release. Container change of information message not being processed due to application deadlock will reduce.
29. Performance improvement to process Bill of Lading.
30. Fixed Java error issue which was preventing processing of Container change of information message.
31. Fixed issue relating to accepting and processing change in Vessel Name messages from Terminal Operating System.
32. ITT B2B integration with Zodiac (previously known as “Submit B2B” service) will now be handled using Dell Boomi internal Integration.
33. VERMAS B2B integration with Maersk will now be handled via Dell Boomi internal Integration.
34. B2B messages for Import container Gate Moves will be triggered to Itek Gate Automation System at NSICT / NSIGT Nhava Sheva Terminal using Dell Boomi Internal Integration. Currently the configuration is switched off. It will be switched on once Itek is ready to receive these messages.
Export Pre-Advice
35. A separate Temperature sign filed “+ / -” is now available for reefer containers.
36. On entering reefer ISO Code, the reefer toggle button will be auto enabled and reefer temperature input screen will auto open.
37. Fixed an issue due to which even after approval of an Export Pre-Advice, the status was “Submitted” and not “Active”.
38. Fixed an issue due to which users were unable to delete the 11th, 21st, 31st (and so on) containers from an Export Pre-Advice.
39. Improved overall performance of Export Pre-Advice service.
40. Fixed an issue due to which users were unable to download CSV Report on Export Pre Advice screen when searching with Company Type
Tally Report
40. Place holder added in Tally report for showing Container Damage Information. We will start showing container damage information once we start receiving the information from Terminal Operating System.
41. Renamed reports as “Tally Report” and “In Yard Report” for better user understanding.
Berthing Advice
42. Rotation number column has been renamed to CCS rotation number for better user understanding.
File Upload
43. Updated Text of error alerts & validation messages displayed on the File upload screen for better user understanding.
44. Pre-defined Tare weight will be sent as VGM weight to Terminal Operating System for Export Empty containers.
45. Disclaimer Text added on File Upload screen to remind users to check EgatePass status after using File Upload to create Export Pre-Advice.
Import Export Unhold
46. Performance improvement to solve duplicate containers issue on Import Export Unhold Screen at NSICT / NSIGT Nhava Sheva.
47. Fixed an issue due to which the Custom Hold removal B2B message was not transmitted to Itek Gate Automation System at NSICT / NSIGT Nhava Sheva Terminal.
Import Release
48. Fixed an issue due to which CHA’s having very long registration code were not able to view the Import Release nominated to them.
49. Fixed an issue due to which the Import Release was not visible to a user due to an issue in his Company Registration in CCS.
50.An Import Release whose validity is extended by SMTP message from IPAPCS will be correctly visible in Cargoes Community application.
Pendency Report
50. Fixed an issue due to which incorrect vessel name was displayed on Pendency Report. This issue occurred only for vessels whose name had changed.
VOA Report
51. User can now check container status (Yet To arrive / Arrived / Loaded), on the VOA report.
Line Report
52. Line Report will display standard tare weight as VGM weight for Export Empty Containers.
Voyage Enquiry
53. On search result screen Vessel ETA will be shown.
54. On search result screen Vessel will be sorted as per descending order of creation date.
55. Fixed an issue due to which incorrect vessel name was displayed. This issue only occurred for vessels whose name got changed.
