We are pleased to inform you regarding the recent changes done to the application for enhanced functionality and better user experience.

These changes include new features, functionality enhancement, changes to process flow and bug fixes.

Major Upgrades

Import Release

1. Approval flow for DPD containers has been made Terminal Specific. Now in IGT DPD container release does not require Terminal approval

2. In the IAL if the Transit Code mentioned by Shipping Line is blank then such container will be reflected as Foreign Containers in BT

Export Pre-Advice

3. Port of discharge filed now displays both the name as well as the 5-caharcter UN LOC code

4. Commodity Type and Commodity Description field options are standardized across all terminals.

Minor Updates

Import Release

5. Bug fixed in Company Registration to prevent user from entering an extra blank space in Code field which was leading to errors while searching of nominee.

6. Fixed an issue which now displays Companies in nomination field as per the chosen location.

7. Search option “Nominee” now available under Add Criteria in Import Release Service.

8. Issue with Notification alerts in Movement Order Service fixed.

9. Inbound Voyage No to be displayed in IR

10.   “Booking Details” section renamed as “Delivery Details”

11.   Code field in Nomination section has been provided with Smart Search option. Now searching by either Company Name or Company Code is possible.  

Export Pre-Advice

12.   Maximum acceptable values in VGM field has been revised from 45,000 kg to 50,000 Kg

13.   Users can now edit Final Port of Destination field when editing Export Pre-Advise

14.   Bug relating to editing of vessel information by companies registered with multiple roles.

15.   Renamed “Port of Receipt” filed to “Port of Origin”

16.   Outbound Voyage No is now visible in Terminal Vessel Visit No, search screen.

17.   Fixed performance issues in Split Booking feature

18.   Added more ISO Codes to the application

19.   Code field in Nomination section has been provided with Smart Search option. Now searching with either Company Name or Company Code is possible.

EgatePass

20.   EgatePass can now be searched on selecting multiple status.

21.   Added validation for truck nomination (registered truck) as per location and terminal

22.   Resolved bug relating to display of seal number in EgatePass pdf.

23.   Shipping Bill number field can now accept special characters.

24.   Provided drop down options for selecting Container Size in search field.

25.   Importer Name and Bill of Entry has been made Optional

Pendency Report

26.   Fixed an issue related with refresh button in Pendency Report

Terminal – NSICT

EgatePass

27.   Enhanced the performance of searching truck number while nominating a truck.

28.   Truck and Driver details now displayed in search result when EgatePass in in departed status.  

29.   Added validation for linking Truck size to Container size while nominating truck to EgatePass

30.   Added validation to prevent EgatePass to go to Active status if the containers are not yet discharged (not In terminal Yard)

31.   Provided a feature to release/remove Truck Number and Driver details from an Expired EgatePass

Terminal – CCT

EgatePass

32.   History screen will now also display history of Nominate action.

33.   Added EGM Rotation no in EGP

Import Release

34.   Box Operator & Terminal Operator now has access to create Import Full and Import Empty release.

Terminal – IGT

Export Pre-Advice

35.   Provided features for API integration for Empty Yard (Blue Ocean) to enhance contactless & paperless movement of empty containers between empty yard and terminal.

36.   BT will now send Liner Booking No provided by box operators while creating Export Pre-Advise to terminal operating system.
