BT Release Notes – 24 Jan 2022 – R 1.7.4
Dear Esteemed User,
We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Bharat Trade. We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.
These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.
Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.
Major Upgrades
Import Release
A CFS/ICD user is now allowed to extend the validity of an Import Release.
Export Pre-Advice
2. New process implemented for Expiring an Export Pre-Advice at IGTPL – Cochin Terminal. This will allow users to create a new Export Empty Pre-advice without any wait:
a. Export Empty: EPA will expire immediately after vessel departs
b. Export Full: EPA will expire 5 day after vessel departure.
Minor Updates
File Upload
3. Enhanced the performance of File Upload service for IMDG & Reefer orders. Now this feature will work much faster.
4. Fixed an issue related to Origin Type field available in this service, due to this issue system was rejecting uploading of some files.
Import Export Tally Report
5. Now the import containers which have gated out from terminal will also be displayed in the Tally report.
Import Release
6. Fixed an issue which prevented expiration of Import Release in some cases.
7. The search criteria Nominee available in Import Release will now show only the companies which are registered for the terminal you have selected.
EgatePass
8. Fixed an issue due to which user were seeing search result twice when searching for Nominated Party in the Nominee search field of EgatePass
9. Fixed an issue at Nhava Sheva terminal due to which few messages sent by Terminal’s Gate Automation system was rejected by Bharat Trade. This resulted in showing wrong EgatePass status to the end customer.
