Dear Esteemed User,

We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

Major Upgrades

Reports

  1. New Report “Line Report” has been implemented under Reports à Scheduled Report service.

a.       All Shipping Lines can access this report.

b.       Information regarding Import and Export Containers belonging to them on a particular vessel visit can be accessed.

c.       This is a real time report.

d.       Details of containers belonging to other shipping lines is not available in this report.

2. Enhancements have been done to Pendency Report

a.       Users can now check for containers which are planned to arrive at terminal.

b.       Such containers will be categorized under Container Status “Discharge Reconcile”.

c.       The report also shows information on containers whose Import Release Validity Date has expired.

d.       Such containers shall be categorized under “Expired Import Release” Column.
