  2. 2. Users can now add multiple IMDG Class and UN Number for a container while using File Upload Service. Each IMDG Class & UN Number should be separated by colon symbol “:

Export Pre-Advice

3. Requestor of an Export Pre-Advice in Rejected or Submitted status can now amend/edit all fields (except Container Size). (Amendments by a Requestor to an Export Pre-Advise in approved/ Active status is not possible. In such cases Requestor needs to send amendment request to respective Shipping Lines)

4. An Export Pre-Advise in Submitted status will not automatically get approved when edited by Shipping Lines. They need to explicitly Approve the Export Pre-Advice.

5. User can now attach up to 10 attachments of upto 5 MB each.

Import Release

6. While creating an Import Release for more than 200 containers, CCS will limit releasing only 200 containers in one go and alert the user accordingly. User can create additional Import Release to release the balance containers.

7. As per Terminal request, privileges to create Import Release has been removed for the Shipping Lines at NSICT / NSIGT Terminal.

a. Is submitted successfully (Active Status)

b.  Is not submitted successfully (Failed Status).

12. User cannot enter special symbols in Driver/Train ID field when Nominating Truck.

Internal Message Processing

17. Fixed the following issue – When a CCS EgatePass Cancellation request was being rejected by Zodiac with error “Container Not Found”, CCS would not send any cancellation message to NSICT / NSIGT Auto Gate System (AGS) but would cancel the Egatepass in CCS leading to discrepancy between CCS & AGS. After the fix CCS will send cancellation message to AGS in such scenarios.
