Dear Esteemed User,

We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System India (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.

 

Major Upgrade

Mundra Port Authority Integration

  1. CCS has implemented API integration with Mundra Port Authority (Adani) ITUP application for identification of MICT road traffic at Port Authority Gate. All MICT Mundra users are required to mandatorily register on CCS and nominate truck to a egatepass to avoid inconvenience at Port Authority Gate

Export Pre-Advice

  1. Following auto expiry logic will now apply to EPA if container has not arrived at the termina. Applicable at MICT Mundra and NSICT & NSIGT Nhava Sheva Terminals:

a.       EPA of Full / Empty Containers by road will auto expire immediately after vessel sail off.

b.       EPA of Full / Empty containers by rail will auto expire 15 days after EPA creation.

Pendency Report

  1. Import Rail containers that temporarily Gate-Out of MICT Mundra for custom scan, will now be visible in the Pendency Report until actual Rail out.

Nhava Sheva Gate Automation System Integration

  1. New API integration will now send GIGO message for every Export container to Gate Automation System (Itek). This integration will resolve the issue of duplicate transactions displayed at Survey Point.

IGTPL Cochin – Blue Ocean Integration

  1. New API integration enables Empty Yard to digitally send (pre-advise) Storage Container numbers entered on their own application to IGTPL. Manual entry of container number at terminal gate is not required anymore.

EgatePass

  1. Records older than 6 months will be archived but still available to customer from their login.

a.       To search for old records, select the checkbox “Archived E-Gate Pass / EIR”.

b.       Input the search criteria “Created From Date” & “Create To Date” depending on your requirement and click on “Search” button to get result of archived records.

Minor Update

Internal Message Processing

  1. Fixed an issue due to which the CCS application was unable to process COI msg and GIGO msg received simultaneously from TOS.

  2. In case of Internet issue at NSICT & NSIGT Nhava Sheva Terminal, CCS application will now send integration msgs to TOS and Gate Automation system only 3 times.

  3. Enhanced the CCS Application to better track the rejection of COI msgs received from TOS.

10.   DL msg received from TOS with either tag ‘DSealNo’ or ‘dSealNo’ will now be processed.

11.   Logic for processing CHPOI13 (SMTP) msgs received from NLPM updated.

User Profile

12.   User without access of EPA / IR service can now print EgatePass.

Import Release

13.   Fixed an issue due to which user was not able to create Import Release due to error “SqlExceptionHelper.logExceptions.129”.

Export Pre-Advice

14.   New column for POD (Port of Discharge) provided on EPA search result screen.

15.   Print PDF button available on EPA screen will show the disclaimer text informing the users that this document is not the actual SEZ4 / Form 6 / Form 13.

16.   Importers/Exporters will now be able to manually input Validity Date on an Export Empty EPA.

17.   Fixed an issue due to which even after approval of EPA by Box Operator, the EPA was still stuck in Submitted Status.

Report

18.   Pendency Report: IMDG class is now visible in Pendency Report. Few columns in the Pendency Report have been re-ordered logically.

19.   Shipper Information will not be displayed in any report.

20.   Company Registered with role “Shipping Agent” can now access the Rail In / Rail Out Report.

EgatePass

21.   Box Operator Code will be displayed on EgatePass for specific container Import Release. In case of Bulk Import Release, the Box Operator Code will be displayed after Import Container gates out from the terminal.

22.   A new search criteria “Container Load Status” has been provided to help users to search for Full / Empty EgatePass.

23.   Fixed an issue due to which incorrect error msg was displayed when users tried nominating same truck to 5 transactions together. This enhancement is applicable for NSICT, NSIGT & MICT terminals only.

24.   Fixed an issue, due to which, under certain scenarios, EgatePass status was not updated to Expired after the DO Validity Date of corresponding Import Release was over.

25.   Driver and Truck information on an EgatePass will be auto removed once the EGP status changes to “Expired”.

Voyage Enquiry

26.   User can now enter special symbols like “hyphen (-)” in the Vessel Name search criteria.

File Upload

27.   Fixed an issue due to which nomination of CHA was not displayed in an EPA. This happened only when a company was registered as both CHA and FF with name code and the Box Operator nominated the company in File Upload for both roles having same nomination code.

View Invoice

28.   Fixed an issue due to which “Download Invoice” button was not clearly displayed at MICT, NSICT & NSIGT Terminals.
