Overview

A logged-in user is eligible to receive notifications for the events subscribed by them. This document provides a step by step guide for the user to set up their notification preferences in DR Trade.

Steps to set up event notifications

Sign in to DR Trade Application by providing the Username and Password in the login page and click the SIGN IN button.

Click on CONFIGURE -> Settings -> Notification Setup

Note:

In order to be able to get event notifications, a user has to subscribe to a plan for Event  Notification.

 

Manage Notifications

In the Notification Setup screen, you will see options to enable or disable notifications based on users' preferences.

 

Click on Filters button to open the available filters

 

Click on the View hyperlink to add Custom filters.

 

Enter all the required fields and click on Save.

 

Click on Submit to save and apply the filters.

 

A confirmation page will appear.

 

View Notifications

Once a user activates notifications, all the notifications can be seen in Notifications Page.

To go to the Notifications page, click on the bell icon(top right corner of the page as shown in the below image) on the navigation panel.

 

On the notifications screen, notifications can be viewed, based on user preferences.

 

Click on Filters button to search the notifications

 

Upon clicking on any request to view details in the Notification, the following details will be visible.

  • Go – On clicking on Go button, system will display the View page of the Request.

  • Archive – On clicking on  Archive button, system will hide the notification.

 

Note:

All the notifications will be removed from notification screen after 10 days from date they received.
