Overview

Once a vessel is created in Mawani by integrating a vessel visit file received from TOS, a rotation number is created in Berthing advice for the vessel. The voyage details can be viewed here. This service is not currently being used to create a berthing advice.

Create a berthing Advice

Please note that users do not use this method to create berthing advice, instead, they use the file transfer method to create a berthing advice.

 

On the landing page, click on the plus sign on the header to go to the create form.

The berthing advice form is as follows:

Enter the mandatory fields in this form.

Under Vessel Information, enter the below mandatory fields

  1. Port

  2. Line

  3. Vessel Name

  4. Shipping Service Code

  5. terminal Rotation Number

Under Call Information, enter the below mandatory fields:

  1. Inbound Voyage No

  2. ETA

Under Berthing Information, enter the following mandatory fields;

  1. Terminal

  2. Call Reason

Shipping service partner lines, and Call Information are optional sections.

Enter Submit to submit the form.
