Steps for Voyage inquiry

Sign in to DR Trade Application by providing the Username and Password in the login page and click the SIGN IN button.

 

Go to MANAGE -->Operations --> Voyage Handling

 

The Voyage Handling Search page is displayed. Enter the known search criteria in the respective fields and click the Search button.

 

Note: Click the Reset button to clear all the entered data.

 

The list of search result for which the user is authorized is displayed. Click the Rotation No to view the details.

 

Note:

Only the approved rotation numbers tagged under the logged in user will be displayed in the search result.

 

The details of the selected Rotation Number are displayed. The counts are displayed based on the documents uploaded in the File Upload service.

 

Click the Rotation Number link to view the Voyage Enquiry pre Login details.

 

The Voyage inquiry

result is displayed.

 

Based on the rotation number the overall summary will be displayed in the Summary section.

 

  • User can view the Vessel load discharge summary details based on their role type.

    • If the Shipping Line client type is logged in, then the summary will show all the line codes tagged under the user.

    • If the Shipping Agent is logged in, then the summary will show only the codes associated with the user.

  • The Planned count should be displayed based on the grouping of Box Agent, Line Code and Terminal against Load, Discharge and Restow in the summary section.

  • The actual count will be displayed once the vessel is departed from the port. If the actual count is not available, zero will be the default value against the actual data.

 

Based on the rotation number the discharge summary will be displayed in the Discharge Details section.

 

Based on the rotation number the load summary will be displayed in the Load Details section.

 

Based on the rotation number the restow summary will be displayed in the Restow Details section.


Note: The line code column will only be visible to the client type shipping line and shipping agents.

 

Download csv/pdf files

Click on the CSV button to download the summary report in CSV format.

The Download CSV pop-up window appears. Select the Agent, Filter, Size and Terminal from the drop-down list and click the OK button to download.

 

Click the PDF button to download the summary report in PDF format.

 

The Download PDF pop up window appears. Select the Agent, Filter, Size and Terminal from the drop-down list and click the OK button to download.

Send Email

Click the Send Email button to email the reports as attachments.

 

The Send Mail pop up window appears. Select the Agent, Filter, Size, Terminal and Report Format from the drop-down list and enter the mail Ids in the Add Mail IDs field using the comma (,) separator. Click on the Send button to send an email with an attachment of the summary report

 

The successful message is displayed. Click the Ok button.

 

The summary report is received from the DR Trade via email.

 

Voyage Handling - pre login

Overview

‘Voyage Enquiry’ is the process of enquiring about the schedule of voyages with reference to a specific port or terminal, which is of interest to the user. It will be offered as an eService on DR Trade, and will be invoked by any user of the system, subject to the applicable access privileges, if any. 

It will be used by different users (of applicable client roles) of the DR Trade, who are interested in knowing the details of the voyages in the recent past, currently in operation, or in the near future. The definition of ‘recent past’ and ‘near future’ is configurable as per the terminal. 

Using the ‘Voyage Enquiry’ eService will allow the user to get the details of voyages, so that the user can take decisions related to import/export of cargo/containers as per the business requirements.

URL to access voyage inquiry service

To view the Voyage Enquiry details without logging to the DR Trade application, go to the url: https://testing.drtrade.do/open/voyageEnquiryPre

 

On the Voyage Enquiry Search screen enter the known search criteria in the respective field and click the Retrieve button to view the result.

 

The list of all approved voyage records is displayed. Click the Rotation Number to view the details.

 

The details of the selected Rotation Number are displayed. Click the Agent Information header to view the agent details.

 

Click the Vessel Information header to view the vessel details.

 

Click the Voyage Details header to view the voyage details.

 

Click the Other Details header to view the other details.

Click the Pdf icon to download and view the result in pdf format.

 

Click the Excel Sheet icon to download and view the result in excel spreadsheet format.

 

The search result is displayed as below in the spreadsheet (.xls).
