Overview
This service is for creating and managing any special terms of payment. The steps are enumerated in this user guide.
Login to DR Trade
Special Terms Page
Go to Pay --> Special terms
The below screen will load.
Create a special term
On the landing page, click on the plus sign on the header to go to the create form.
On the new form, enter the required fields, shown below:
Company Code: Enter the company code, or search for the company code using the search icon.
Post Paid: Select Yes or No values from the dropdown to denote if the plan is post paid or pre paid.
Premium: Select Yes or No values from the dropdown to denote if the plan is a premium plan or not.
Click on Submit at the end of the page.
Upon successful submission, a notification will be displayed on screen.
Search for Special Terms
On the search page, either enter search criteria, or simply click on Search to see the existing special terms.
The list of results will be displayed, as shown in the image below.
View a special term
Click on a Special term id to view details.
The details will load on the screen.
Edit a special term
At the bottom of the View page, click on the Edit button to edit the term details.
After making the changes, click on Submit to save the changes.
View History
At the bottom of the View page, click on the History button to view the change history of the term details.
A popup appears with rows of old versions of the term.
Click on the hyperlink under request Id to view that particular version.
