Overview
Container Enquiry is the process of inquiring about the details of a container using the container number value with reference to a specific port or terminal that is of interest to the user.
Container Details View
Sign In: If user is registered, than they can log in to Cargoes and Login by providing their username and password in the login page and click the SIGN IN button.
Alternatively if not registered he can click on Sign Up to register before he can start using Cargoes Services.
Go to Track --> Shipment -> Container Enquiry
The Container Details View Search page is displayed.
Select the location from the Location drop down list, and enter the container number in the Container Number field and click the Search button.
Click the Reset button, to clear the data entered in the search criteria.
The details of the container is displayed as below,
Note:
Associated Cycles section will be displayed only to users who are Owner/Nominated party for that Container.
Click the PDF icon to download the associated cycle details in the pdf format.
Click the CSV icon to download the associated cycle details in the csv format.
Click the link available under Cycle column to view the cycle details.
The Container Details View is displayed on the screen with Cycle Details, Vessel Details, Discharge/Load Details, Container Storage Details and Movement Details.
Damage field displays container is damaged or not. If yes, then the hyperlink will display for "Yes". Click the Yes hyper link to view the Damage Details as below,
Click the Vessel Details section to view in detail.
Click the Rotation Number hyperlink to view the Prelogin Voyage Enquiry details.
Click the Discharge/Load Details section to view in detail.
Click the OOG Yes hyperlink to view the OOG Dimensions details.
Click the Reefer Yes hyperlink to view the Temperature details.
Click the IMDG Yes hyperlink to view the IMDG details.
Click the Container Storage Details section to view in detail.
Click the Movement Details section to view in detail.
Note
Click the CSV button to download and view the selected Container Details View in the csv format.
Click the PDF button to download and view the selected Container Details View in the pdf format.
Click the Send Email button to send the selected Container Details View. A Send Mail pop up window appear.
Select the format from the Report Format drop down list. The available format are CSV and PDF.
Enter the email id(s) in the Add Mail Ids field. If user wants to send email to multiple users, then user needs to enter all Email IDs by using comma separator in the Add Mail IDs field.
Click the Send button to send the Container Details View as an attachment in the selected format.
Click the Back button to go back to the Search Result screen.
