Introduction
This section describes how a user can subscribe/unsubscribe to receive container notifications. The user will receive a notification via email once a subscribed container is discharged from the vessel.
Container Notifications
Subscribe to a Container
1. Navigate to the Container Inquiry page from the top navigation bar(Track → SHIPMENT → Container Inquiry).
2. Enter the Container Number and click on the Search button.
3. Click on the three dots corresponding to the container.
4. Click on Notify Me.
The Notify Me will be enabled if:
The container is not already subscribed by the user for notifications
The container is of Category = Import and State = Advised
The same actions can be performed from Import Container Inquiry screen as well.
Container Notification Search
1. Navigate to the Container Notifications page from the left navigation bar
2. The list of all subscribed containers will be displayed by default
3. User can enter the required search criteria and click on the Search button
4. Results matching the search criteria will be displayed. The Last Updated column will be updated with the latest discharge date of the container.
Unsubscribe from a Container
1. Navigate to the Container Notifications page from the left navigation bar
2. Click on the remove button corresponding to the container that needs to be unsubscribed.
3. Users can unsubscribe multiple containers at a time.
Select the containers that need to be unsubscribed and click on the remove button at the bottom of the page.
