Event Configuration

Overview

Event notification configuration involves setting up systems and protocols to alert stakeholders about important events or changes related to maritime operations. This could include notifications about:

  • Vessel Movements: Alerts about the arrival, departure, or deviation of ships from their planned routes.

  • Safety Alerts: Notifications regarding safety incidents or hazards.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Alerts about compliance with maritime regulations, including inspection results or changes in maritime laws.

These notifications can be configured using various technologies, such as maritime communication networks, to ensure timely and effective responses to critical events.

The Notification Setup service helps the user to get an alert generated by an application when the application is not open, notifying the user of a new message or an update related to the cargo.
