Introduction

This page describes the process of creating a new EDO

Create EDO

1. Navigate to the Equipment Delivery Order screen from the top navigation bar(Manage → OPERATIONS → Equipment Delivery Order).

2. Enter an EDO number that does not exist in the system. Click on the Search icon.

3. User will be shown the below pop-up in case the user has permission to create a new EDO. Click on the yes button.

4. User will be given the option to create a new EDO

5. Enter the following details in the Equipment Delivery Order Details section

6. Provide the following details in the Container Details section:

7. User has the option to add multiple records(if required) in the Container Details section.

Click on the plus button to add a new row and provide ISO and Qty.

8. User can remove an existing row in the Container Details section by clicking on the corresponding cross icon.

9. Once Equipment Delivery Order Details and Container Details are provided, SUBMIT button will be enabled.

Click on the submit button to proceed.

10. A success/failure message will be displayed on the top banner. User will be navigated to the edit/view page of the created EDO depending on the user's permissions
