Overview

Both shipping line and terminal operator are allowed to add and view the comments in the comment section in payment request detail page.

Steps

  1. The user can see the Comments section on the left navigation bar of the payment request details page.

     

  2. The user can click on the Comments menu in the left navigation bar, the user is routed to the Comments page where user can see the comments posted by shipping agents and terminal operators along with username and date.

     

  3. In Comments page, user can add the comments in the Add your comments section. Once user starts adding the comment POST COMMENTS button is enabled.

     

  4. The user can view the approval, rejection, and need clarification remarks given by the terminal operator in the comments page.



User’s are not allowed to delete the comments on the Comments page.
