Overview

This feature helps the Terminal Operators and Shipping Lines to receive event and email notifications based on the actions performed on the CCS portal.

Steps

Shipping Agents and Terminal operator can access the notification from the CCS portal.

  1. Once the user logins with valid credentials to CCS platform, then on the top navigation bar, user gets the bell icon.

     

  2. Once the user clicks on the bell icon, the user is routed to notification management screen.

     

  3. The user can check the notification details by clicking on any of the event notification.

     

  4. Below is the sample email notification that sent to Shipping Agents by CCS.
