Introduction

This page describes the process of cancelling a container appointment.

User can cancel container appointments of the following status:

  • TVA REQD


Cancel

Cancel single appointment

Cancel single appointment - Container Appointments Page

1. Navigate to the Container Appointment page and search with the required parameters

2. Click on the bin icon corresponding to the container appointment that needs to be cancelled

3. Click on the status:yes button in the confirmation popup

 


4. An appropriate message will be displayed.
The status of the appointment will become “CANCELLED”

Cancel single appointment - View Appointment Details Page

1. Navigate to the Container Appointment page and search with the required parameters

2. Click on the CCS ID corresponding to a container appointment.

3. User will be navigated to the View Appointment Details page of that appointment.
Click on the status:cancel appointment button at the bottom of the page.

4. Click on the status:yes button in the confirmation popup.

 


5. User will be navigated to the Container Appointments page.
An appropriate message will be displayed.
The status of the appointment will become “CANCELLED”

Cancel multiple appointments

1. Navigate to the Container Appointment page and search with the required parameters

2. Select the container appointments that need to be cancelled using the checkboxes corresponding to it.
Click on the status:cancel appointment button rendered at the bottom of the page

3. Click on the status:yes button in the confirmation popup.

 

4. An appropriate message will be displayed.
The status of the appointments will become “CANCELLED”.
