Introduction
This section describes the process of modifying a Truck Visit Appointment. User can:
a. Modify the Truck ID and Driver Port Pass ID
b. Add/Remove Container Appointments to the Truck Visit Appointment
Edit Truck Visit Appointment
1. User can navigate to Edit Truck Visit Appointment page by:
a. Clicking on the edit icon corresponding to a Truck Visit Appointment in the Truck Visit Appointment page.
b. Clicking on the edit button in the View Truck Visit Appointment page of a particular Truck Visit Appointment.
Only Truck Visit Appointments of the following status can be edited by the user: OK, TROUBLE

2. Modify the Truck ID and Driver Port Pass ID if required.

3. User can add more Container Appointments to the Truck Visit Appointment
3.1 Click on + add container appt button

3.2 A field to enter CCS ID will appear.

3.3 Enter the required CCS ID and scope out of the field.
3.4 The details of the Appointment will be auto-populated

In the following scenarios, the Container Appointment details will not be auto-populated and a corresponding error message will be shown as a top banner.
a. CCS ID No. is invalid (Fig 1)
b. Status of Container Appointment is not TVA REQD (Fig 2)
c. App Date and Time of Container Appointment is not same as that of Truck Visit Appointment (Fig 3)
d. The Trucking Company of the Truck Visit Appointment is not the Trucking Company of the Container Appointment (In case the Container Appointment does not have a Subcontract Company)
4. User can remove one or more Container Appointments from the Truck Visit Appointment.
Click on the remove button corresponding to a Container Appointment
If the user tries to remove the last remaining Container Appointment, then the Truck Visit Appointment needs to be cancelled. For this, a pop-up for confirmation will appear.
If the user clicks on Yes : the Truck Visit Appointment will be cancelled.
If the user clicks on NO : the Container Appointment cannot be removed and the Truck Visit Appointment will not be cancelled.

5. After modifying any required details and/or adding/removing any Container Appointments, click on submit button.
An error message will be shown as a pop up when the user clicks on SUBMIT button if:
The total size of containers in Pickup container appointments should not exceed 60ft
The total size of containers in Dropoff container appointments should not exceed 60ft
The user needs to correct this by removing any Container Appointment and re-submitting

6. User will be navigated to the Truck Visit Appointment page. An appropriate message will be displayed.
