Introduction

This page describes the process of editing a container appointment

In case an edit operation fails, the Container Appointment will NOT go to FAILED status. It will be reverted to the state before edit operation. The reason for edit failure can be seen:

  1. by hovering over “i” icon near the Status in Container Appointment home page

  2. will be displayed as top banner in View Appointment Details page of the corresponding Container Appointment

User can edit container appointments of the following status:

  • TVA REQD

  • FAILED


Edit

Navigate to the Edit page

1. Users can navigate to the Edit Appointment Details page by clicking on the edit icon corresponding to a container appointment on the Container Appointment page

 


2. User can navigate to View Appointment Details page by clicking on CCS ID corresponding to specific container appointment.


3. User can navigate to the Edit Appointment Details page by clicking on the edit button at the bottom of View Appointment Details of a container appointment

 


Edit Container Appointment - Pickup Import

  1. Users can edit the following fields if required:

    1. Appt Date and Time

    2. Container No (Unit details will be auto-populated based on the Container No)

 


2. Click on submit button


3. User will be navigated to Container Appointment page.
An appropriate message will be displayed.

 

 


Edit Container Appointment - Pickup Export

  1. Users can edit the following fields if required:

    1. Appt Date and Time

    2. Container No (Unit details will be auto-populated based on the Container No)

 


2. Click on submit button


3. User will be navigated to Container Appointment page.
An appropriate message will be displayed.

 


Edit Container Appointment - Pickup Empty

  1. Users can edit the following fields if required:

    1. Appt Date and Time

    2. Export Booking No/EDO No (Booking Item dropdown and Line ID field will be auto-populated based on new value.)

    3. Booking Item


2. Click on submit button


3. User will be navigated to Container Appointment page.
An appropriate message will be displayed.


Edit Container Appointment - Drop Off Export

  1. Users can edit the following fields if required:

    1. Appt Date and Time

    2. Export Booking No/EDO No (Booking Item dropdown and Line ID field will be auto-populated based on new value. )

    3. Booking Item (User may need to provide a new Container No/remove Container No in case the current one is not matching with the ISO code selected)

    4. Container No. (Unit details will be auto-populated based on the Container No)

    5. Gross Weight (kg), Seal 1, Seal 2, Seal 3.

 


2. Click on submit button


3. User will be navigated to Container Appointment page.
An appropriate message will be displayed.


Edit Container Appointment - Drop Off Import

  1. Users can edit the following fields if required:

    1. Appt Date and Time

    2. Container No (Unit details will be auto-populated based on the Container No)

 


2. Click on submit button


3. User will be navigated to Container Appointment page.
An appropriate message will be displayed.

 


Edit Container Appointment - Drop Off Empty

  1. Users can edit the following fields if required:

    1. Appt Date and Time

    2. Container No (Unit details will be auto-populated based on the Container No)


2. Click on submit button


3. User will be navigated to Container Appointment page.
An appropriate message will be displayed.


Edit OOG Dimensions

This is applicable only for Container Appointments of type - Drop Off Export

  1. The OOG field in the Edit Appointment Details page will have the value Yes in case OOG information is present for that container.
    Click on the Yes link.


2. The OOG Dimensions will be displayed in a pop-up. Modify the details if required and click on the OK button.
