Introduction

This section describes how a user can copy the timeslot configuration of a particular day to 1 or more day(s).

Copy Timeslot

1. Navigate to the Day View of the day that needs to be copied.

 

2. Click on the copy button at the bottom of the page.

3. Select the From Date and To Date from the respective calendar fields.
The checkbox for selecting days will be enabled based on the selected date range. Users can use the checkbox to select the days for which the configuration is to be applied.

For eg: If the user made the following selection:

  • From Date - 20/06/2023

  • To Date - 30/06/2023

  • Days selected - Mon, Tue, Wed

Then the configuration will be copied to all Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the date range 20/06/2023 - 30/06/2023

 

 

4. Click on apply button.

The configuration will not be applied for any day in the selected range that has an existing appointment.

 

5. User will be navigated back to Day View.
