View Invoice Services

Overview

Shipping Agents can search, view, download and pay the invoices for their containers and vessels with this service.

Steps

These steps enable the users to access the view invoice service in CCS portal:

  1. The user can login with the valid credentials to the CCS portal and land on the home page of the CCS as shown below.

     

  2. Under pay tab on the top navigation bar user can get the View Invoice service as shown below.

 

Search & Download Invoice

With this service user can search and download the invoices for their container and vessels. They can view the invoice details with the latest status as shown below.

Steps

  1. User lands to the View Invoice search page upon clicking on the view invoice menu on the top navigation bar.

     

  2. User gets the below filters to search their invoices on the page:

    1. Search by item number, Billed To Name: This filter allows user to add the invoice number or billed to name to search the agent invoices.

    2. Issued From: This filter allows user to enter the date range to search their invoices.

    3. Issued To: This filter allows user to enter the date range to search their invoices.

    4. Invoice status: This filter allows user to search the invoices based on the status.

  3. After providing the search filters user can click on the search icon to fetch the invoices as shown below:

     

  4. User can download the invoice PDF by clicking on the download icon against each invoice as shown below.

     

  5. User can also download the CSV file of the results table by clicking on the csv icon as shown below.

     

Shipping agents, TO Admin and MS admin users are allowed to search and download the invoices from this page.

Invoice Payment

Shipping agents are allowed to pay the invoices for their container and the vessels.

Steps

  1. Click on the PAY button against each unpaid invoice as shown below.

     

  2. Agents can also pay the multiple invoices together by selecting the checkbox against each unpaid invoice.

     

  3. Once user clicks on the PAY button, user is routed to the Invoice Summary page where the user can view the invoice details.

     

  4. User can view the number of invoices against which payment is getting done, tax fee and the total amount of the invoice. If user is paying for the single invoice, then number of invoice reflects as 1 as depicted in the image.

     

  5. User can view the Invoice Summary by clicking on the invoice summary hyperlink. User also gets the option to download the invoice.

     

  6. If user selects more than one invoice, the Invoice Summary page looks as shown in the image.

     

  7. User can view the invoice summary by clicking on the Invoice Summary hyperlink. User gets the option to download the invoice.

     

  8. User gets the option to select the payment method in the Invoice Summary page.

     

  9. Below payment methods are available for the user. User can select any of the following payment method to pay their invoices:

    1. Online Payment

    2. Wallet Payment

    3. Bank Transfer payment

Steps for Online Payment

  1. If the user selects Online payment: With help of this payment method, the user can use debit/credit cards to pay their invoices. User can select the Pay via Online / Wallet method in the option and then click on PAY NOW.

     

  2. User is routed to the Mawani payment service page where the user can view the Payment Summary along with the payment method.

     

  3. On clicking PAY SECURELY button, user will be routed to the amazon payment services where user will provide the card details.

     

  4. On clicking PAY button, if payment is successful then user is routed to the payment confirmation.

    1. PAY button.

       

    2. Payment Confirmed.

       

  5. User can download the payment receipt by clicking DOWNLOAD RECEIPT button and also can view the invoice summary by clicking on the View Invoice Summary hyperlink on the payment confirmation page as shown below.

     

  6. If user pays for more than one invoice, then number of invoices are shown in the Payment Confirmed page.

     

  7. If payment fails due to any reason, then user is routed to the Payment Failed page.

 

For failed payments, the receipts are not generated for the user in the payment failed page.

Steps for Wallet Payment

This method helps the user to pay their invoices via wallets.

  1. Select the Pay via Online / Wallet method in the option and then click on Pay Now.

     

  2. User is routed to the Mawani payment service page where the user can view the Payment Summary along with the payment method.

     

  3. User can see the Wallet Payments method on the page along with the option to Fetch Wallet Balance icon as depicted in the image.

     

  4. On clicking Fetch Wallet Balance, current wallet balance of the user is displayed.

     

Pay securely button is enabled only if wallet balance is more than the total invoice amount and if wallet balance is less than total invoice amount then pay securely button is disabled and user is not allowed to make the transaction until user changes the payment method.

5. On clicking Pay Securely button, user is routed to the Payment Confirmed page.


Steps for Bank Transfer Payment

This payment method helps the user to upload the bank transfer receipt to pay their invoices.

  1. The user can select Upload Bank Receipt method, and then click PAY NOW.

     

  2. User is routed to the Upload Bank Receipt page, the user can view Terminal Account Details along with option to Upload File.

     

  3. User must provide the other details related to Bank Deposit Receipt (Bank Reference No., Bank Name, Transferred Amount, and Remarks). User must mandatorily upload the bank receipt otherwise PROCEED button won't be enabled as shown in the image.

     

  4. Once user uploads the bank receipt PROCEED button is enabled.

     

  5. On click of PROCEED button, user is routed to the Receipt Uploaded Successfully page where user gets the Reference No. for the uploaded bank receipt to track in payment approval module.

     

  6. Once the user submits the bank receipt successfully, payment request is sent to terminal operator for approval. User is shown the payment status of the invoice in the View Invoice page.
