Service Description

This module allows users to Create, View, Edit and Cancel Appointments.

This section describes how to create an appointment for Container and Truck Visit to the terminal.

Container Appointments are of 8 types:

• Pickup Import - To pick up a container that was imported to the terminal

• Pickup Empty - To pick up an empty container

• Pickup Export - To pick up a container that was dropped off for export (in case of any issues).

• Pickup Storage- Full loaded domestic container arriving the terminal by rail and departing the terminal by truck.

• Drop Off Empty - To drop off an empty container

• Drop Off Export - To drop off a container that is to be exported from the terminal

• Drop Off Import - To drop off an import container that was already picked up (in case of any issues).

• Dropoff Storage- Full loaded domestic container arriving the terminal by truck and departing the terminal by rail.
