Initial Login Experience:
Upon logging in, users will be prompted to select a location/terminal. For msadmin or terminal operator users, multiple locations may be available, whereas users such as Shipping Agents will typically see only one location.
After Confirmation of location and upon submitting, new landing page is loaded
