Summary
Voyage Handling service is used for inquiring about the schedule of voyages with reference to a specific port or terminal, which is of interest to the user. This e-service on Bharat Trade can be used by different users (with required access privileges), to get the details of voyages, so that the user can take decisions related to import/export of cargo or containers, as per the business requirements.
Steps to follow for logged-in users
A registered user can log into www.bharattrade.in and sign in by providing their username and password in the login page, and clicking on the SIGN IN button.
Alternatively, if not registered, a user can follow the steps for non-registered users, as described later in this guide.
Go to MANAGE →Operations -> Voyage Handling
The Voyage Handling Search page is displayed. Enter the known search criteria in the respective fields and click the Search button.
Click the Reset button to clear all fields
Note:
Only the approved rotation numbers tagged under the logged in user will be displayed in the search result.
Click the Pdf icon to download and view the search result in the pdf format.
Click the Excel Sheet icon to download and view the search result in excel spreadsheet.

The details of the selected Rotation Number are displayed. The counts are displayed based on the documents uploaded in the Document Upload module.
Based on the rotation number the overall summary will be displayed in the Summary section.
User can view the Vessel load discharge summary details based on their role type.
If the Shipping Line client type is logged in, then the summary will show all the line codes tagged under the user.
If the Shipping Agent is logged in, then the summary will show only the codes associated with the user.
The Planned count should be displayed based on the grouping of Box Agent, Line Code and Terminal against Load, Discharge and Restow in the summary section.
The actual count will be displayed once the vessel is departed from the port. If the actual count is not available, zero will be the default value against the actuals.
Note:
The line code column will only be visible to the client type shipping line and shipping agents.
The summary report is received from the Bharat Trade via Email
Steps to follow for non-registered users (without logging in)
To view the Voyage Enquiry details without logging to the Bharat Trade application use the url- http://testing.bharattrade.in/containerenquiry/vesselloaddischargesummary.html
The Voyage Enquiry Search screen is displayed. Enter the known search criteria in the respective field and click the Retrieve button to view the result.
The list of all approved voyage records is displayed. Click the Rotation Number to view the details.
The details of the selected Rotation Number are displayed. Click the Agent Information header to view the agent details.
Click the Vessel Information header to view the vessel details.
Click on the Voyage Details header to view the voyage details.
Click on the Other Details header to view the other details.
Click on the Back button to go back to the Voyage Enquiry search screen.
Click on the Pdf icon to download and view the result in pdf format.
Click on the excel sheet icon to download and view the result in excel spreadsheet format.
The search result is displayed as below in the spreadsheet (.xls).
