Summary
The Yard Inventory Status Report module will allow authorized Bharat Trade Cargoes users to search, view and download list of all containers in yard.
View Yard Inventory
Sign in to Bharat Trade Application by providing the Username and Password In: If user is registered, than they can log in to Cargoes and Login by providing their username and password in the login page and click the SIGN IN button.
Alternatively if not registered he can click on Sign Up to register before he can start using Cargoes Services.
Go to TRACK --> Shipment -> Yard Inventory
Container No: Search or enter the container number in the Container No field. Multiple container numbers can be entered by using comma separator.
ISO Code: Enter the code in the ISO Code field.
Load Category: Select the category from the Load Category multi-select drop down list.
Days Stored From: Enter the number of days the container is stored in the yard in the Days Stored From field.
Days Stored To: Enter the number of days the container is stored in the yard in the Days Stored To field.
Is Hold: Select Yes or No from the Is Hold drop down list.
Damaged: Select Yes or No from the Damaged drop down list.
Search By: Select the value from the drop down list. Based on the Trade Type selected, the value is displayed in the Search By drop down list.
Click the Reset button, all the search results will get cleared and initial search screen will display.
Select the Trade Type, Size, Filter, Location and Terminal from the respective multi-select drop down list.
Click the Download button to download the CSV file for the selected value.
Enter the email id(s) in the Add Mail Ids field. If user wants to send email to multiple users, then user needs to enter all Email IDs by using comma separator in the Add Mail IDs field.
Click the Send button to send the Yard Inventory Status Report as an attachment in the selected format. Anchor
