Overview

Upon landing on the Container Clearance page, the user needs to provide following parameter to fetch container clearance charges:

• Category: Stevedoring Interim Quotation

• Fetch By: Vessel Visit

• Vessel Visit Code: visit code

• Bill to party: Auto-populated

• Quote By Party: choose USD or TZN TNZ code

Steps

1. User to fetch charges by entering the data of Vessel Visit, visit code, Bill to Code (auto-populated), and select Quote to Party

   

2. The quotation generation is an asynchronous process. So the user will receive a message to check the quotation after sometime in Fetch Invoices Service

   

3. Later, the user can go to Fetch Invoices, enter the data and search for quotation by the Quote to Party

4. User can show the details of the quotation by clicking on the Quotation#. The User can click on Proceed to continue

5. The Interim Quotation Summary page will appear as depicted below. The user can view the quotation details by clicking on Interim Quotation Summary, Select Payment Method, and click on Pay Now to continue
