1. Navigate to the Export Booking module from the top navigation bar(Manage → SHIPMENT → Export Booking)

2. Navigate to the Unit Approval screen using the left navigation bar

Search

1. All the containers will be displayed by default

2. Click on the arrow to see all search parameters

3. The user can use any of the search parameters to perform a search. Enter the required search parameters and click on the Search icon.

5. Containers satisfying the search criteria will be displayed.

6. The user can hover over the IMDG value of a record to see all IMGD Codes associated with the container.

7. The user can hover over the UN Code value of a record to see all UN Codes associated with the container.

8. User can click on the arrow corresponding to a container to see additional information.

9. User can click on the Download icon corresponding to a record to download the hazard document of the container.

Approve

1. Click on the tick icon corresponding to a container

The status of the container will change to APPROVED.
