Introduction

The section describes how to create and export booking, add container types and also link containers to the export booking.

Create Export Booking

1. Navigate to the Export Booking screen from the top navigation bar (Manage → SHIPMENT → Export Booking).


2. User is navigated to the Export Booking page.


3. Enter the Export Booking number and click on search.


4. If the entered Export Booking number is already present, then the View Export Booking screen will be displayed, whereas if the entered Export Booking number is not present the user will be provided with the below screen to create Export Booking.


5. Enter the details and click on SAVE AND PROCEED .

If the logged in user is a Terminal Admin/ CCS Admin, the Line dropdown will be enabled with all available line codes. If the logged in user is a Shipping Line, the Line field will be autopopulated and non-editable

  • Values in Vessel dropdown will be populated based on the value selected in Line field

  • Values in Voyage dropdown will be populated based on the value selected in Vessel field

  • Values in Discharge Port dropdown will be populated based on the value selected in Vessel and Voyage field


6. On successful creation of Export Booking

  • An appropriate message will be shown in the top banner.

  • The below screen will be presented, where the user has the option to add Container Types to the Export Booking.


7. A row will be available by default to enter the details of a Container Types. Users can provide the ISO, QTY, Max, and Commodity values here.


8. Click on the icon marked in the figure to add additional details to a particular Container Type.


9. The below pop-up will be displayed. The user can add Temperature Control Details, Hazardous Details, and OOG Details here based on the requirement.


10. Enable the corresponding switch icons to enter details for the respective sections.


10.1 The user can enter the following details in the Temperature Control Details section.


10.2 The user can enter the following details in the Hazardous Details section.


10.3 Click on the “+” icon to add a new row.

Click on the bin icon corresponding to a record to remove it.


10.4 The user can enter the following details in the OOG Details section.


11. Click on the '+' symbol to add another Container Type. Multiple records can be added.


12. Once all the details are furnished, click on the SAVE button. The save confirmation message will be displayed.
