We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System (CCS). We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.
These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.
Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache and then log into the application again.
Major Upgrades
File Upload
The File upload service can now be used
a. To create Export Pre-Advice for OOG Containers
b. Mention Container Damage
c. Nominate DPD (Importer/Exporter), Freight Forwarder, CHA, CFS, Transporter etc to the Export Pre-Advice
d. Mention VGM Requirement
Minor Updates
Export Pre-Advice
2. An Export Pre-Advice whose EgatePass is in Active/Failed/Queued/Working Status cannot be cancelled. You need to cancel the corresponding EgatePass first before you can cancel the Export Pre-Advice.
3. The Status of the EgatePass is now visible in the Export Pre-Advice screen.
Internal Message Processing
4. Internal messages received from Gate Automation System at NSICT & NSIGT Mumbai Terminals will now be processed even with the corresponding EgatePass is in Queued Status.
5. Fixed an issue due to which various messages when received from Terminal Operating System were rejected with Error 500 or Java Error.
