Plan Search
Overview
This section allows the admin to search and view the plans along with the option to search, view, and edit existing plans. With this functionality, Admins can view all plans.
Steps
Login to your CCS account, and click SIGN IN.
In the Select Location window, click the drop-down and select the location.
Click CONFIRM.
Note: The Confirm button is enabled only after selecting the location.Go to Configure> Subscription> Plan Management.
The user is navigated to the Plan Management page, as depicted in the image below.
In the Plan Management page, the user can see the unique Plan Code name, the Target Audience, the Total Cost, and the Sale Start Date.
Note: The record of the existing Plans related to the logged in user are listed in the Plan Search section.The admin can search for a plan by its plan code or plan name. After entering any criteria click on the search icon as highlighted in the image. The search results are displayed.
To search with a new plan name or to reset the details, click on Reset icon, or click on the cross icon.
Edit Plan
To edit the plan the user can click on the edit icon.
Note: The user has the option to edit the plan up until the plan has not been subscribed, once the plan is subscribed the user cannot amend the plan.Make necessary changes and click save changes .
In the Update Plan Confirmation window, click YES.
A success message appears on the screen.
View Plan
To view the plan, click on the plan.
The user can view the details of the plan.
When in the View Plan page, the user has three options available as follows:
The delete option to delete the plan.
The edit option to edit the plan.
The deactivate option to deactivate the plan.
