GC-Search

Overview

This section helps the users to search the Special Services details.

Steps

  1. Go to Manage > Operations > Special Services Request to search Special Services details.

  2. The user can perform the search using any of the three parameters and click on the search icon.

    1. Container Number: Enter the container number.

    2. Special Service Type: Click on the drop-down icon and select the special service type.

    3. Request Status: Click on the drop-down icon and select the status.

  3. Click the drop-down icon, to see more option to search the vessels.

  4. In the Search section, to pull out the details of a particular container, the user can search by entering either of the following, and then click on the search icon as highlighted in the image.

Special Services Type

Select the special service type to search the SSR (Special Service Request).

Container Number

Enter the container numbers to search the SSR (Special Service Request).

Request Status

Select the request types from the drop-down option.

Job Status

Select the job status from the dropdown option.

Created From

Select the created from date to search the SSR (Special Service Request).

Created To

Select the created to date to search the SSR (Special Service Request).

SSR Request #

Enter the special service request number to search the SSR (Special Service Request).

  1. To search with a new container name or to reset, click on Clear All icon.

  2. To download the CSV format, click Download CSV icon as depicted in the image below.

  3. A Download window pops-up on the screen reflecting the downloaded file, to view the details click on Open file.
    An Excel sheet opens up with all the search results details related to the SSR.

View Special Services

The user can view the SSR details.

Steps

  1. Once a Special Service is created, the user can view the SSR details by clicking on the SSR number in the search page.

  2. The user is routed to the view page as shown below, displaying all current details. The view section displays the Special Service Details.
