Special Services
Overview
The new Special Service Request module is a digital solution to SSR request management for the DPWC terminal and customers. It is a platform for the terminal and customers to create and manage Special Service Requests for their containers from different Shipping Lines. This module helps users to create a wide range of requests with a streamlined and simplified process to raise, manage, and track the request, as well as provide a fully auditable solution for governance reasons. Â
User Access
All Shipping Lines registered with the DPWC terminal, and DPWC Terminal Operators, will be allowed to access the Special Services module in the Cargoes Community Platform to raise and process any Special Service Requests.

1 | Shipping Lines/ CHA/ Shipping Agents/ CFS/ BCO | Create/Search/Edit/Cancel/Comment/View Operation | Shipping Line will be allowed to create, search, view, edit and cancel the Inspection, Repair, Cleaning, Washing and Bulk Repair SSR’s. Shipping lines can also view operation details of the SSR. |
2 | Terminal operator | Create/Search/Edit/Cancel/Approve/Link/Unlink/Comment/Start & View operation. | Terminal Operator will be allowed to create, search, view, edit, cancel, approve/reject, link/unlink, comment and start & view the operation details on Special Service Requests. |
