Summary
The Export Status Report module will allow authorized Cargoes user to view all the export requests submitted through the Export Acceptance module for a particular vessel along with other information indicating Export readiness such as Load List status, Containers in Yard/CFS, Export Bill status etc.
Export Status Report
Sign In: If user is registered, than they can log in to Cargoes and Login by providing their username and password in the login page and click the SIGN IN button.
Alternatively if not registered he can click on Sign Up to register before he can start using Cargoes Services.
Go to TRACK -> Voyage -> Export Status
The Export Status Report Search page is displayed. Enter the known search criteria in the respective fields and click the Search button. You can provide the rotation number directly or click on the search icon to find a rotation id.
The list of search result for which the user is authorized is displayed.
Shipping Line – The Shipping Line will be displayed in the column.
Nominated Containers – All the nominated containers will display based on the nomination.
Export Acceptance – Click the hyperlink to download all the records for which Acceptance is created.
Ready to Load – Click the hyperlink to download all the records for which Container Acceptance is created and all clearance is issued.
Exception - Click the hyperlink to download all the records for which either Container Acceptance is not Created or All the clearance was not issued.
Click the PDF button to download and view the selected Export Status Report in the pdf format. A Download PDF pop up window appears.
Select the agent from the Select Agent multi select drop down list.
Select the filter criteria from the Select Filter multi select drop down list. The available filters are All, Export Acceptance, Ready to Load, and Exception.
Click the Ok button to download the PDF file for the selected value.
If all the option is selected, single report will be downloaded for all the criteria selected.
Click the CSV button to download and view the selected Export Status Report in the csv format. A Download CSV pop up window appears.
Select the agent from the Select Agent multi select drop down list.
Select the filter criteria from the Select Filter multi select drop down list. The available filters are All, Export Acceptance, Ready to Load, and Exception.
Click the Ok button to download the PDF file for the selected value.
If all the option is selected, single report will be downloaded for all the criteria selected.
Click the Send Email button to send the selected Export Status Report. A Send Mail pop up window appears.
Select the agent from the Select Agent multi select drop down list.
Select the report from the Select Report multi select drop down list. The available filters are All, Export Acceptance, Ready to Load, and Exception.
Select the format from the Report Format drop down list. The available format are CSV and PDF.
Enter the email id(s) in the Add Mail Ids field. If user wants to send email to multiple users, then user needs to enter all Email IDs by using comma separator in the Add Mail IDs field.
Click the Send button to send the Export Status Report as an attachment in the selected format.
