CCS Release Notes – 15 September 2025 – R 25.01.0

Dear Esteemed User,

We are pleased to inform you that we have released the below mentioned upgrades to Cargoes Community System India (CCS).  We hope these upgrades will improve your experience while using the application.

These upgrades include new features, enhancement of existing features, process flow changes and fixes to bugs.

Note: In case you are facing any difficulty in accessing the application post upgrade, we request you to logout of the application, clear your browser cookies & cache by clicking on the 3 dots on top right-hand corner and then log into the application again.

Major Upgrade

E-Gatepass

  1. Shipping Line and Shipping Agent at CCT terminal can now Print an Export Empty EGP in Open or Nominated Status. The watermark on the EGP Print will show as DRAFT. This will help Shipping Line, Shipping Agents and Empty Yards to input the correct container number on the EPA/EGP before gate arrival (BTI-45945).

Import Release

  1. Movement Order service has been discontinued at IGT Terminal (BTMM-10476). Instead selected CFS can now create Import Release for their Import Full containers and generate Egatepass.  

  1. For creating at Import Release, Box Operator field is mandatory, at IGT terminal

  1. CFS users can now Edit or Cancel an Import Release at IGT Terminal.

Privacy Notice

  1. New Privacy Notice as mandated by DP World global compliance team complying with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) act has been implemented (BTI-46774).

Minor Updates

View Invoice

  1. The search criteria of Invoice Date From & Invoice Date To are now mandatory criteria for searching for an invoice. (BTI-46413).

EgatePass

  1. Improved performance of Box Operator smart search on EGP screen (EXIMYD-1130).

  1. New disclaimer text added in EGP Print “Terminal will not be responsible for duplicate EgatePass (Form 13/Form 6/SEZ 4)” (BTI-47209).

Nominate EgatePass

  1. Improved performance of Box Operator smart search on Nominate EgatePass screen (EXIMYD-1130).

10.   Fixed an issue due to which some Consortium Partners were not able to view the forms nominated to them by Vessel Operating Agent. This issue was reported in Non-PROD environment only (UAT issues fixes 1).

Message Monitoring

11.   Internal: CCS will send Port of Discharge Information to internal integrator engine. This will help in integration with MAITRI platform (Govt of India) in future (BTMM-10484).

Export Pre-Advice

12.   Fixed an issue due to which some Shipping lines were not able to approve EPA submitted by CHA. This issue was reported in Non-PROD environment only (UAT issues fixes 2).

File Upload

13.   Fixed an issue due to which users were able to add duplicate containers to an EPA using File Upload service. This issue was reported in Non-PROD environment only (UAT issues fixes 3).
